In collaboration with Kinny Legal and Lockton Australia, this webinar delivered valuable insights from a round table discussion with a selection of the industry’s top board members and executives. We addressed the evolving governance landscape in aged care. As governance requirements evolve, many boards find themselves ill-equipped, prompting a proactive exploration of strategies to meet future organisational needs and goals.
This webinar also presented findings from these five key areas discussed during the board workshop:
- Liabilities within an organisation
- Skills required at a board level
- Workforce challenges
- Financial sustainability
- The importance of effective cyber response and risk management programs
