The Importance of Choice

Okay, so making a choice may not give you magical powers like Mr Potter and friends but it is still important. Choice empowers you and means you end up with something that fits your needs.

For example, when you fly you are presented with a choice of how you want to reach your destination. You might decide you just want to get there; you might not need the full service so you choose to fly Economy. Or maybe you do need all the extras – the hot towels, a lie down, the fine dining – so you’d choose to travel First Class. Then again, you may need something in between: you just want to get there but need a little bit more comfort.

Just as not everyone travels in the same way, the journey of our valued Aged Care providers will be different. This is why we offer three (3) different packages for you and your organisation to choose from.

Self Service

You might already have a process for managing funding and ACFI reassessments. But all too easily, spreadsheets become overwhelming, whiteboards are wiped clean and paper gets lost. Our Self Service package helps you see things more clearly and keep it all on track, including analytical tools and quarterly ‘check-in’.

Partner

Perhaps you want to rely on the skills and experience of your revenue management staff and you just need to partner with Mirus to help you keep an eye on things. The Partner package provides you with a window into resident reassessments, and a monthly report on your ACFI funding and the expertise of Mirus Support when you need it.

Comprehensive

Then again, you may want to utilise the addition of the full range of Mirus’ ACFI support. We take the strain off the management of ACFI re-submissions, provide tailored education programs to address specific knowledge gaps answer your queries and provide validation support.

Ultimately, all staff want to provide better care – no matter what package they choose from us.
