With ongoing reform requirements, increased information requests, and heightened expectations for interoperability, each aged care provider must navigate these changes independently. The focus, however, should not be solely on industry-wide standards and government reporting requirements. Instead, it must be on how individual organisations can drive their own productivity and value through digital transformation.

Watch the webinar recording to hear insights from a panel of industry leaders, including industry expert Luke Benson from Blue Bike, who has been collaborating with several large aged care providers on the latest tech strategies. He discussed the number one mistake providers are making and the critical areas to focus on.

This webinar also explored:
  • AI’s impact: The role of AI and strategies for effective implementation in aged care
  • Digital roadmap: Identify key drivers to boost digital maturity and enhance data management.
  • Reform readiness: Understand what it means to be digitally ready for upcoming reforms.
  • Sector challenges: Address major challenges like reducing manual reporting for QFRs, NQIP, and Care Minutes.
  • Innovative solutions: Discover cutting-edge practices and solutions from across the sector.
