ADS reaches $300.54 following AN-ACC price increase

Revenue

In March, the industry ADS rose by $2.22 to $300.54, following the AN-ACC price increase to $282.44 on 1 March. This adjustment reflects higher nurse wages and Fair Work Commission decisions. Total claiming activity decreased by -3.53%, with only 2.82% of claims assessed by AMOs last month. 

Occupancy

March occupancy remained strong at 91.35%, though new permanent admissions declined -18.00% and respite-to-permanent conversion rates dropped -6.80% to 42.00%.

Workforce management

Total direct care minutes increased slightly by 0.36% to 209.29, continuing a positive trend though remaining below the national average of 215 minutes. RN minutes declined by -2.63% to 42.96 minutes, staying under the 44-minute benchmark.
