General Manager, Quirindi Care Services
Kim Riley is the General Manager of Eloura Residential Aged Care Facility, a small stand alone, not for profit home run by Quirindi Care Services Ltd in rural NSW. Kim is a registered nurse with an extensive background in gerontology.
CEO, OneCare
Peter currently serves as the CEO of OneCare Limited, a prominent not-for-profit aged care provider in Tasmania. With a career in the healthcare industry that began in 1990, Pete is a Registered Nurse and has earned multiple postgraduate qualifications, including a Master’s in Clinical Education and Business. In 2022, he was honoured as a Tasmanian Churchill Fellow, receiving the Meg Gilmartin national scholarship. This accolade supported his research into international aged care models, focusing on their applicability to the Tasmanian context.
CEO, Juniper Aged Care
Russell was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Juniper in December 2022. Russell has an extensive background in the aged care and community services sector since 2001. He was previously the Chief Executive of a faith-based aged care provider serving metropolitan and regional Western Australian communities, Chief Executive of an Aged Care education provider, overseeing operations in Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and New Zealand, and held several senior executive and CEO roles in not-for-profit and faith-based aged, disability and community services organisations in QLD, NSW and VIC. Russell is the current Chair of the Board of the Human Services Skills Organisation and has been a Non-Executive Director since February 2020.
Chief Executive Residential Care, Anglicare
Maryann is an experienced health and aged care executive and external advisor who has worked within the Australian aged care and health sector for over 20 years. Currently Maryann is the Chief Executive of Residential Care at Anglicare, which services over 2,400 residents, across its 23 care homes supported by a 3,500 strong workforce. Maryann has held numerous senior executive positions in Australia including Estia Health and The Salvation Army, and was previously the Clinical Director for Bupa Villages and Aged Care, where she coordinated a team of more than 10,000 employees across 72 care homes to deliver significant improvements to the quality of care for its 6000 residents and also lead the Covid pandemic response nationally.
Maryann is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has held numerous Board positions including Member of the Health Professional Councils Authority, Member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of NSW and Board Director of the Australian College of Nursing.
Maryann is currently appointed to the Core Advisory Group of the DVA Aged Care Taskforce.
