General Manager Product and Operations (Associate Director and Executive)

Tom was promoted to GM, Product and Operations after holding the positions of Head of Product, Senior Product Manager and Senior Consultant at Mirus Australia. Having had a career of more than a decade at Mirus Australia, Tom has a deep understanding of all the organisations’ products as well as the sectors Mirus Australia works in. Tom’s exceptional people leadership and client relationship skills have propelled the Consulting, Development, Implementation and Client Success Teams to deliver outstanding results for clients.

Prior to joining Mirus, Tom worked in various roles in the finance and insurance industry in the UK, including Allianz and Pacific Life Re. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English Literature, is a certified Executive Coach (IECL) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
