Reduction in claiming activity slows revenue growth

Revenue management (starts at 0:07)
The sector achieved modest gains in ADS last month adding $0.66 from the previous period. However, the industry is still $3 off the $225 target. Total claiming activity fell slightly in February, as did voluntary reclassifications.
Occupancy (starts at 01:28)
Occupancy levels had a slight pick up in February and was buoyed by permanent admissions which grew 3% on prior month.
Workforce management (starts at 02:24)
Direct care minutes continued to improve with 177.89 minutes worked on a per-resident per-day basis. Agency minutes fell 16.04% in February.
